Slate, kt drop ethiopian opal 2,30 , 18k yellow gold (750/°°). measures: mm 22×40.

Consisting of a hand-cut slate tablet, this pendant lends itself to being both male and female ornaments. Slate is a layered rock that was used for roofing and also for school blackboards; it has a color that varies from gray to intense black, and the tablet I cut shows the surface with the natural irregularities of the split slit.

Mounted in gold, brings a drop of Ethiopian opal with splendid iridescent shades ranging from blue to intense yellow. A handmade cotton cord with golden metal finishes will be sent as a gift with the pendant.

The frame, made exclusively for this pendant, is in yellow gold 750/00 (18k) , entirely hand made with traditional techniques piece by piece.
